You are THE most sensible, helpful person I have spoken to since last summer when I realised that I needed to sort mum and dad out. The amount of forms I’ve had to fill in, and the hours I’ve spent waiting on the phone – and then there’s you! Fabulous! If I can ever put some work your way, I most definitely will!
