I don’t know what I would have done without the help, understanding and professionalism of David and Dianne. I was finding it impossible to achieve anything with the local council but David made everything clear to me, explained what was needed and solved every problem. I cannot speak highly enough of the service they provide. David and Dianne are both caring and compassionate people who helped me survive one of the toughest times in my life. It is so difficult when one’s parent has to be looked after in a Care home without having to deal with the financial intricacies and red tape of local councils!
